Ms. Karina
FOUNDER
“Every child deserves a place where they feel safe, seen, and ready to explore the world.”
This belief is what led Ms. Karina created KaRis KiDdos Childcare, a bilingual early childhood program designed to nurture not just learning, but confidence, curiosity, and emotional well-being.
Ms. Karina’s journey began in Mexico City at the age of 7 years when she was exposed to a brilliant teacher that inspired her to dream about becoming a teacher as an adult., At age 13 moving to Tijuana, where she experienced the challenges and beauty of adapting to a new culture. As a first-generation college graduate from the University of Utah, she deeply understands the importance of education and its role in shaping futures.
With over a decade of experience, Ms. Karina has been a teacher, mentor and a program director, overseeing early learning initiatives that have impacted countless children and educators. She saw the gaps in traditional childcare—places that focused on numbers and supervision rather than growth, connection, age appropriate, fun and preparation for school.
Ms. Karina decided to build something different. For many years she knew she wanted her own business but had a hard time deciding until she reflected and learned that Education and connection to kids and families is her biggest pleasure.
KaRis KiDdos is more than a daycare—it’s a child’s first school, their first community, and their first step into a lifetime of learning. Ms. Karina has carefully designed an environment where children thrive through structured learning, emotional support, and hands-on experiences, ensuring they are prepared not just academically, but socially and emotionally for the world ahead.

Ms. Lizeth
TEACHER ASSISTANT
Originally from Colombia, Ms. Lizeth has dedicated her career to early childhood education. She graduated as a Technician in Early Childhood Pedagogy at age 16 and later earned her degree as a Professional Technician in Early Childhood Care at 21.
She loves introducing children to new experiences, fostering their curiosity, and supporting their social-emotional growth.
